As my boat approached the dock where the rest of the team was waiting for us we could see them waving and shouting from a mile away. As we got closer I could see the smiles on their faces and heard what they were saying, “You won!!!! First place!!!!” I was so happy my mouth hurt from grinning - not just because we had won, but because the teammates congratulating us were almost happier about it than we were!
